For integration into our video surveillance system, we have purchased the following products from your company:

· Network Camera: ATC-HZ8940T-LTA
· Encoder: ACE-HEN6338-iL

We are currently developing our own software to work with this equipment.

Description of the Issue:
We need to implementZoom control for the camera within our software. Unfortunately, our attempts to send Zoom commands to the camera through the encoder (using ONVIF and Pelco-D protocols) have so far been unsuccessful.

In this regard, we would appreciate your assistance with the following questions:

1. Is there an official utility or standard software provided by KT&C for testing and debugging PTZ functions (specifically zoom)? This would help us verify the hardware functionality and identify the correct commands.
2. Could you please provide us with typical scenarios or code examples (preferably in C++, C#, or Python) for sending Zoom In / Zoom Out / Stop commands to this specific camera model via the ACE-HEN6338-iL encoder? Which specific commands and protocol (ONVIF, Pelco-D) should we use for this purpose?
3. Can you provide us with the most up-to-date API or control protocol documentation, specifically related to PTZ control, for the ATC-HZ8940T-LTA camera when used with the ACE-HEN6338-iL encoder?
