A HDi47 is experiencing an issue with time sync loss. The other 3 HDi47 in use are functioning as intended. The camera is at Firmware Version 1.2.5 as are the other cameras. I would like to determine, is this camera is supported by KT&C? Are there firmware updates that this camera may need to resolve this issue?
